Training Program for Teams at Work includes 3 softbound booklets within a three-ring binder:

1. Facilitator’s Guide includes (for each of 8 sessions) a session outline and agenda, detailed facilitator’s script, and masters for flip chart or slide production. It also includes a 13-page section on Facilitator Tips including a Leader Self-Assessment and Leader Presentation Checklist.

2. Instructions for 50 Activities (56 pages) includes (for each of 50 team building activities) the related topic, time required, materials needed, facilitation instructions, a facsimile of the participant handout, and a related quote for introducing or reinforcing the activity.

3. Reproducible Handouts for 50 Activities (56 pages) includes a reproducible participant worksheet for each of the activities. The activities include individual and team assessments on communication, change, cooperation, etc., as well as worksheets for team planning, goal setting, brain storming, etc.
